Re: Hello!
Don't worry bsage...you will be yelling and screaming at yourself in front of your husband in no time. I yell in front of my husband and friends. They all think I am completely nutsbsage wrote:I have become hooked to RTW! It is great to play when my husband is at work...lots of time to yell and scream at myself for messing up!

A big fat welcome to you!

Hello Bsage - another Welcome to Wonderland.Soosie wrote:
and you have to wear shoes to play at your PC!!!
I'm the one who has to wear shoes to play in Wonderland, otherwise I get callouses on my feet

Don't worry about how it affects you - you'll learn to do what ever it takes to play and have fun

[converted a few anti-gamers and they are now addicted]
I actually got the game from my mom who used to BE an anti-gamer. She has managed to get all of her daughters hooked and now the grandkids are getting old enough to start too! The two year old loves to be chased by the chompers and run into the Kabooms! [/quote]

I had the same problem and had to ask how to do it, too.bsage wrote:How do you show quotes so that they have that white background and it shows who you are responding to? I'm a bit computer challenged!
You click on the word "quote" in the top right hand corner of the message you want to quote. Then delete any part of the message that you don't want to include - and that's all there is to it.
All these things are so simple - once you know how.
Keep on asking questions. There's always some one to help you, and others learn by reading the threads too. I've learned all sorts of things that way - and then didn't have to ask

How funny
Cathy sent me a PM with a four word explanation ! ! ! ! ! !
I told her my daughter uses these abreviations all the time, and I even have a list of a few of them so I can remember, but that one's not on it
Guess I'll have to add it.
. . . . . . . . and Yes, husbands definitely are - although I shouldn't complain, today of all days. We had over 3 inches of rain this morning, and as we couldn't work in our garden he helped me clean house, the hard way.
For an alternative option, see the Jokes thread (added today).

Since you all have been talking about housework, I thought this joke would fit right in.

3. Ring bell for maid service. If no answer, do it yourself!
4. I clean house every other day. Today is the other day.
5. If you write in the dust, please don't date it!
6. I would cook dinner but I can't find the can opener!
7. My house was clean last week, too bad you missed it!
8. I came, I saw, I decided to order take out.
9. If you don't like my standards of cooking ...lower your standards.

Incidentally, why is everyone calling you Bethany? I can't see any post with that name. Do I need an optician?
No...no need for an optician! I have my name posted somewhere within one of the threads...but I don't remember where! Thanks for the welcome!
