I found a way to recharge your "Brrr" before moving past the gates into the lower area, It requires very fast fingers.
Once you build you ice bridge at the entrance and start your slide on the ice quickly point and fire your "Brrr" at the water and build a bridge so you can save some stinkers (I can save three) then come back to recharge, This will make it easier to get the coins and gems too as well as the last stinker.
You are moving so it may take some practice, But I think its worth it for those who are stuck in this stinker of a level.

This screenshot is actually a very good help. You need to freeze 1 time for every stinker and that is the water between the stinkers and the little island. Now walk on the left transporter pointing north, move to the transporter pointing east. Send one stinker over to the big island and the transporter you just put there. The stinker will now be safe and saved. Repeat until you have saved all 4 stinkers.

Oh my gosh I finally did it!!! By using parts of all of your ideas I finally got it all. Man what a brain bender. Thanks Kiki that idea worked really really well. I needed extra brr's to get all the little buggars out of there and get the extra goodies too.

This is how I solved the travelator/raft problem.
Start with an iceflow at spot 1, take the lower raft up.
From the big island create flows 2 and 3.
Think diagonals move to the raft above flow 3. You'll go up and then go back onto the island.
Now to the raft that goes east/west and you'll end up at the 4 stinkers, wake one at a time and send him across.
At spot 4, Stinky creates an iceflow and goes across to the big island.
Always make sure to leave that raft up against iceflow 2 before you continue!
Make diagonal moves and you end up back at the sleeping stinkers on the right side.
Take each across this way and after the last one go get the coins,etc. you should have 3 Brrrs left, two for the coin area and one to get back to all the stinkers!
You don't need to use the raft on the top left or any of the little stinkers help, what have they ever done for you anyway?

I can get all the wee stinkers across--thanks to all your help--but I can't figure out how to push the red and yellow buttons without drowning on the way back. Any hints?
Take 2 stinkers with you. Leave the rest asleep. Go to the middle where the spikes are.
You have to freeze the stinkers.Place the stinkers first in the opening of each spike-room.
When the spikes are near the bottom, move 1 stinker in the corner of a spike-room. Then freeze him and then the other stinker in the doorway.
Move away from the path where the spike will go.
The spike follows a path straight to a button.
Got it?
Now do the same for the other button.

Got that?wait until the stinkers are unfrozen.
Move the one in the corner back in the doorway.
Wait until the other spike is near the bottom,
move the stinker in the corner and freeze him.
The other stinker in the doorway freeze him too, and move away from the path.
In my screenshots I have not rescued all stinkers. I've just floed back and took the 2 stinkers beyond the little rooms with the spikes to solve your problem.

finished moutain rescue
moutain rescue was too hard for me last week, so I save it for my weekend and after one or two hours of misery, I'm done. I did rescued all the stinkers, put them safely near the exit and went my way alone toward the two buttons. When I was on the second blue thing (I don't know the word in English) I brr the spot behind me, walked the two other things (even in French I'm not sure how to called it. I think it's time I stop playing. my head is turning into jello) to the button and after pushing the button, I brr twice so I could exit easily. then, I repeat it with the second button. after that, it was a breeze to walk the little devils into the exit. now, I can relax.

So when the spik's just passed by, move the stinker 1 square forward or move him out of the spike's area.
Do just the same with your character and all other stinkers. (in next levels)
Do the same with each of your "stupid things" (please call them from now on stinkers)
When the stinkers don't get attention, they may fall asleep. They aren't stupid.
