PINK SQUARE BUTTON UNDER CANOPY

THERE IS A PINK BUTTON UNDER A CANOPY IN WONDERTOWN, I HAVE
STEPPED ON IT AND HEAR A CLICK BUT NOTHING HAPPENS. WHAT IS IT FOR?

It opens a door to a house over by the merchant so you can get the coins that are way up in the top right corner of that room. :D
