How do I get rid of items in the bag, I don't have room for some of the items in the Mountains. I did skip a few things, just want to know how to dump some of the extrs keys maybe or something

You can't dump things, but you can buy a bigger bag from the merchant in town.

If you check the following post you will see that you can use your mushroom keys which will give you some room in that bag

You can return to the Merchant at the Market Place and buy the huge bag. Then find where you can play the level "The Package" and after finishing this level, the Arcade opens. Then you can use the tokens.
But you can't change the huge bag by a large or small bag again.
OR
Do you have a savegame left, where you had 1 or 2 free spots left in your bag? Then go to "The Package" and open the Arcade.


The level "The Package" is located in the south of the Ruby Area = The mountain where a stinker asks for retrieving a glowing gem.
The Arcade is located on left of the crossing. Right at this crossing you go to "Floing Back In Time"
In the Arcade, you can use the tokens to play arcade games.
In the Arcade, when you stand aside a machine, and not just in front of it, use the tokens there. Then the stars appear, but you don't start the first level. You'll only see starts appearing on the floor. Then you move along the stars and can go to another machine. So you get ride of the tokens.
