Sunk in Sunken Paths....hard to believe, Help!
okay. I have gotten the green and yellow keys and the gold coins. I have stepped on the red arrow and go to the next area where that little stinker is................BUT! I can't get across to him! I have been playing this level all afternoon!! and would like to do something like swimming! to little stinker...what did I do wrong? How can I get to him? I mean if I have all of the barrels and moss correct and can get the keys safely, gold coins at the top and down at the bottom and get out safely, go to the red arrow and then can not cross over! Help! I may have to leave in 15 minutes so please any and all post cause like I....am.....stuck. like chuck....

After the green/yellow gate are no barrels. When you enter the next area, there are no barrels. You just need to wake the stinker up. See picture.

O Popo, that's also possible.
Gold Raven,
In my picture, on the bottom right, there is a path leading to coins too.
You have to cross that puzzle on the right with help of the stinker.
The last puzzle is a larger one but you'll need the stinker here too.

I think that my mind is on an adventure of its own. So....I do not retrace any steps once I get the keys and then the coins at the top of that wood/moss poles...sorry not barrels....and go right?
I am going to do this!

I just figured it out....I cannot get to the green gate...sheesh...what did I do wrong? I am giving up....I am left stranded at the yellow gate after collecting coins. I can get back left to the beginning but not to the right. man oh man.....

Please visit Mette's website for the solution of Sunken Paths!
Follow this link:
http://www.pcpuzzle.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4300
You mean the topic from Bettylou where I made the walkhru's in?
This is the link to it:
http://www.pcpuzzle.com/forum/viewtopic ... ght=sunken
Have you cheated on this level or completed it?
What do you not understand in which puzzle?
fourth line of which puzzle? Is it the guide or the explanation?
Please copy/paste the text which you don't understand.
For completing the story, you don't need to finish all levels. That's also the reason why Patrick hadn't made a video for this one?
You only need 4 keys to go thru the castle on The Lonely Top and onto the green shard.
I can't think of a better walkthru than the one I wrote in Bettylou's topic.

So from start position I told you in previous post:
I go to B, S goes to B log
I go to G, S goes to G and goes on island (don't step on a button yet!)
I go to B, S goes to B
I wait, S goes to G and G
Below Right Here ! "you go to Black Button", which one, which way? See I am directionally challenged! Ugh!
Makes driving interesting though.
I go to B, S goes to B and goes back to closest pressed button
I go to G, S goes to G
I go to B, S goes to B and to me (stays on pushed B or B log)
I go to G and G, S moves to 1 squared island
I go to G and G, and collect coins
join with stinker and get off puzzle (see picture)
Also notice there's 1 Black button not pushed! (in red circle)
I have come further then I thought with this explanation...further then on Mettes site...and I know I could do the cheat...but gosh...it looks fun to do.....How did you EVER figure this stuff out
Gee, am I impressed.
or what

There is only 1 brown button you can step on. (see pic-) The others are pushed or to far away cos you have to step on first on a green button.

I've always called them 'black'. Sorry! It has to be brown.popo wrote:Erwin, where are you getting the black buttons from? There are no black buttons, only brown buttons for the wooden pillars and green buttons for the green pillars. The buttons only go black once they have been pushed.
I replaced every 'BLACK' by 'BROWN'

I recently made 2 video solutions for this level
It was too dangerous to make that video in 1 try. I wanted to save my game before I started the last puzzle. And that didn't go so well the first time. So I divided the level in 2 parts.
Part 1 goes till you opened the 2 doors.
Part 2 shows you from the last point of part 1 (of course), till the end.
For viewing Part 1: http://nl.youtube.com/watch?v=ACCBA-pPKqY
For viewing Part 2: http://nl.youtube.com/watch?v=mOnFkyvcG5E
Again: it's A SOLUTION ! When you discover another way to finish this level, you did a good job. But don't wrote I was wrong with my solution. It's always possible to finish a level a different way!
