I NEED MORE STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

: I HAVE GOTTEN ALL THE SHARDS, TALKED TO EVERY CREATURE AND PLAYED ALL THE ARCADE GAMES. GOT THE TWO STARS IN THE RAINBOW AREA AND STILL ONLY HAVE 98 STARS. AM I MISSING AN AREA TO PLAY? I HAVE FOLLOWED EVERY RED ARROW, AND PLAYED THE SONG GAME WITH ALL THE SHARDS. CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHERE I MISSED SOMETHING. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm also missing only 1 star and have been everywhere and spoke to everyone AND used Mettes star guide but still can't find the elusive last one.
