Ok, well, I've destroyed the barrels with the Wraith, but I don't have enough blink charges left to teleport to them... What do I do?

You should have just enough Blink charges to get to the barrels, assuming you've done everything correctly. If I recall correctly, you should have 7 Blink charges by the time you reach that area. Try replenishing your Blink before entering the final area.

Hmm... I DID have 7. Maybe I'm standing in the wrong spot?
