Before posting any more custom icons, let me make one suggestion (I'm surprised it wasn't mentioned here already). The first 5 icons (refer to screenshot below) are meant to be used for the custom items with special functions in the game (eg. the Magic Gloves, the Spy-Eye, etc.). Although someone might decide to use different icons than the standard ones for those items, most likely they'd like to keep the standard ones, so people who are playing will recognize that they're picking up a Magic Gloves or Spy-Eye etc.
So it's a good idea to leave those 5 icons alone and use the other slots for your custom icons. Or if you feel up to it, you can create your own versions of those 5 icons (eg. for the glove icon, you can create something that is similar in style to your custom icons but is easily recognizable as a magic glove).
