The father and mother are possibles.llarson wrote:You know what wonderman? I have an Idea for what the parents can be.
The father- Vincent van Notoe - A father who's lazy and demands the player to find the TV Remote.
the mother- The moana Liza- A mother who complains a lot and demands you to do a bunch of chores NOW!
I also have a few more Ideas for a few more rooms:
The Library- It's boring and has no music or fun. Just a 40X40 room full of library books
The bathroom- It's flooded
-The Backyard- A mess of a bunch of random junk (You could make a bunch of random stuff that makes it look like it's being sucked into the void or oblivion XD)
Anyways do you like these Ideas?
The library is a definite no but the bathroom and backyard could be.
However, the house is in the middle of Lost Wonderland's biggest desert, so the backyard wouldn't be terribly green...

Not really around much these years.
Well it could be the randomest backyard of all time XD
BTW How about a study that's the most loudest and annoying study you've ever been in?

That's what I'm planning.
I have to warn you, this level has no hope of coming out soon. It may become part of my storyline, and that means there'll be at least 15 adventures before it.
What I've Finished in the House of Crazy Eights:
The Front Yard -A desert entrance with some pesky fireflowers hanging about.
The Shed - A very dark room with lots of elements in small square rooms. No, it's not a smotherpuzzle; it's just a smother.
Entrance Hall- Full of annoying billboards that give you really stupid quizzes. Only the first one has an idea of a real quiz, and it's tricky because you have to find the dialog to go to the Void area before answering or you have to repeat the quiz.
And you're stuck if you don't go to the Void area, because it has a vital purple key you need in it.
Main Hall 1 - Looks normal, has a spikeyball and a moody billboard, but otherwise it's sort of normal. Leads off to a few rooms.
Front Area Closet - Really long but not wide, consisting of a long but not wide pool with a long but not wide bridge chain you have to activate sign by boring sign. Don't worry, the spikeyball and fireflowers will make it more exciting. At the end is a weird grandfather who gives you a key or coin.
Dining Room - A sort of smotherpuzzle combined with some limited magic puzzles and a once-only button puzzle. The main stand-out is that everything is breakable or one-time-use-only except at the end where the actual tables are.
Bathroom - Half-flooded, and full of dragonturtles, it's a real menace. It has a bathtub, sink, and toilet, and thanks to a strange tiny stinker in the toilet, you'll get shrunk by a different shrink-ray and get to explore all that up-close.
WHAT I'M WORKING ON OR GOING TO MAKE SOON:
Kitchen - The actual hub of the home, it's just north of the Main Hall 1. Grandma George is here, cooking a wonderful-smelling recipe. She offers to let you taste one of her soups.Unfortunately, she makes a mistake (or so you think) and passes a shrink-ray instead of her cooking spoon.
Then you have to traverse the recipes on the stove, the oven, the fridge, the cabinets, the microwave, and who knows what else I'll dream up.
Main Hall 2 - It will be identical to Main Hall 1 but without a billboard.
Chomper-and-Scritter Pen - A lot of scritters and a few chompers. That's all I'll say for now.
Library - A huge room divided into four outer mazes and an inner pool area with lots of gameplay elements smothered together alongside springs to make a really indecent but tough smotherpuzzle that I hope will cause MNIK to regret introducing the evil concept.
Expect flipping bookshelves and dialog bookshelves.
Nursery - Full of 'toys.' BEWARE THE BABY!
Living Room - Father Frank and Brother Bro request, no, DEMAND you to get the remote and there is a huge blow-out over who gets the remote in which you get sucked into the TV, which acts like a portal to the Anti-Void Void at one point.
Family Room - Very simple room with no puzzles; it's where Mother Melissa is and she has plenty of chores for you...
Bathroom 2nd Floor - Sister Sis is here and needs help with her cosmetics.
Bathroom 3rd floor - A secret portal taking you back to the Void.
Attic - Where the Main Hall 1 billboard goes after you talk to it. Full of junk, and has hidden secrets in its shady corners...
Basement - Too much to say here, let's just say it's full of traps, monsters, and other unpleasant things.
Death Room - Enter it on the 2nd floor to die...or so you think, anyways.
Certain Death Room - Kills you upon entry unless you find a secret way in. On 3rd floor.
Museum Room - Very boring place. Plans here undecided for now, but I guarantee it will look like a museum.
Master Bedroom - Full of sleeping people, loud alarm clocks, and wee stinkers and wee chompers.
Study - Like the library but smaller and more peaceful.
Office - One of the craziest rooms in the house. Full of papers, pens, and the like. The paranoid supercomputer can drag you in so you can greet Clippy and the Alphabet Committee.
Locked Room - Full of floating locks guarding a mystery room.
Secret Passage and Mystery Rooms 1 through 5 - (there's nothing writtten here)
Twin Bedroom - Grandpa Georgina asks you to fetch his teeth along with other tasks that you at least THINK are tedious...
Backyard - Made of three sections, a crazy one full of junk and a portal to Oblivion, another that looks fairly normal, and the boss one that you can only access at the end of the level. May have the family pet mini-boss.
Secret Attic-Above-The-Attic - Has a lot of surprises, including a tall captain of a pirate ship holding an anchor and an annoyed thwart.
Boss Room(s) - Undecided for now
Sewers - Can be accessed via secret passsages or the attic. Like any sewer in Wonderland, really.
Garden Room - A greenhouse with plant-y puzzles. Don't ask me what that means.
Spare Room - Empty - or is it?
Guest Bedroom - Full of guests. Yeah, really.
Lovely Bedroom - Plenty of gems and a clever trap.
Gaming Room - Where a bunch of weird stinkers in top hats are playing a game of Crazy Eights. Also has GAMES.
Stupid Dialog Room - (no description available)
Hidden Medieval Trap Room - In basement.
Dark Rooms - As you think they are...
Garden: Huge plants, talking statues, and more...
The Monster's Room: A stinker in the Main Hall 2 warns you not to open the door to this room or SOMETHING (he himself has no idea what it is) will grab you and you'll never be seen again.
Laundry Room: The laundry machine will suck you in.
Pantry: Storage ahoy!
Cold Room: In basement behind west stairs, and freezing.
Invention Room: Full of inventions of all sorts.
And probably more as I think of it...

I NEED YOUR MIND!
I like your descriptions. How about the museum has a bunch of random stinkers in there saying that they're the "Living wax figures"

Aha. You're already making a good start.
And also, while you're add it, add:
A garage with car-sized spikeyballs.
A recipe with flipping cuboids, one with Stone Wysps, one with Chairs,
etc.
A dialog bookshelf or two in the library...
A LOT OF DUMB POINTLESS DIALOG IN THE STUPID DIALOG ROOM, OBVIOUSLY!!!
A POOL ROOM AND CHANGEROOM.
A giant vacuum cleaner that you get inside, shrink with a certain shrink ray from the bathroom, and use to perform one ot Mother Melissa's chores.
The roof. Lots of ideas.
An outdoor garden.
A parlour.

Actually none of the billboards' quizzes are like that except the first a little.
*runs*
SPOILER!:
1st one: Techincally a rip-off of Mr. Billboard because it's the only one that actually gives you a quiz of any real difficulty. But it only appears in the house and that's that, OK?
2nd one: A stupid quiz. Don't bother asking what it's about, you'd be disappointed.
3rd one: It has only one question in which you can choose an item to collect...
Also, it spins.
4th one: Upon talking to it, you get teleported to a secret place I won't decribe. The actual sign is tiny but becomes enormous when you see it in the secret place.
5th one: If you flunk the quiz, you get to go to WAHOO! If you pass, you get to go to YAHOO! There IS a difference.
The billboard in the Hall 1 is HUGE to the point of it not fitting in the level screen and has the weirdest texture ever. It creeped me out when I took another look a the hall to check something that I had a nightmare about it. If anyone faints when they see it, THEY HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Like 'em?
Change room : A bunch of 1 coin tollgates crammed together to make halls and you have to save the coins you collect for the tollgate at the end.
I might use this concept for one of my levels.
Pool room : You go underwater and see a bunch of underwater stinkers but stinkers can't swim.
Outdoor garden: A bunch of GIANT plants along with fireflowers. Kinda like "The Pop Path" in a way except with bigger flowers and random fireflowers.
Bookshelves : This is the diary of a person that hate's you.
Better?

Again and hopefully for the last time, you aren't going to think of anything that would suit the place. The pool is supposed to have the main puzzle, not the change rooms.
Pool room : You go underwater and see a bunch of underwater stinkers but stinkers can't swim.
Actually, I'm planning something more like a bunch of junk, springs, and some swimming monsters in an underwater environment to make a puzzle with rotators.
Outdoor garden: A bunch of GIANT plants along with fireflowers. Kinda like "The Pop Path" in a way except with bigger flowers and random fireflowers.
Sorry, I didn't play that adventure, I don't know what you mean.
Bookshelves : This is the diary of a person that hate's you.
Perhaps...but it would be very complicated...
Better?

Um...a series of halls with closed stalls for people to change in and out of swimwear and lockers to lock their clothes and other accesroies in...it's kind of common knowledge...llarson wrote:If you look quite a few page's back you'll see a picture Master Wonder Mage took of a bunch of chompers and there were soo many that it resulted in a MAV. . BTW What is a change room anyways? I've only been working on my guess of it.

Of course, in Wonderland no one wears clothes except that stinkers wear hats, glasses and shoes. That's the irony in it.

Not really around much these years.
I guess I'll dump my list of characters here:
KEY:
Normal = Ally or other
Red = Villain
Dark Red = Darker villain
Cyan = Shadow stinker
Jeffrey: Hardly the first character I came up with
Bob Boerson: Pretty much the second main character I came up with. He was originally the security guard at this random place I made (Before the bigtown stories as it wasn't in bigtown) called Spring.inc and he locked you up with a bunch of chompers coming in through the vents.
he them got scared of your sunscreen and left (Yes this part was taken out as he's not a shadow stinker).
Madame Phsyce: She was the first with a custom cap. She now has a rainbow cap though.
Peggy cream: The Vice president of boring co.
Barney Bowler: The Vice President of the Bad bowler hats
Modern: My gateskeeper. He was originally the gateskeeper at this random place with a bunch of doors.
The very angry stinker: He appeared in this fail attempt at a level based on "Cloud 9" by Ice. He basically gave you a stupid quiz and got mad and swore his revenge. He originally lived in a tiny house.
YoYo Jank: He was originally a rastastinker. He's basically a radio man.
The Traveling Pawn Shop: or the TTPS. I liked the idea of the cosmic merchant so I made him however I was aware of pawn shops trading things which is what he'll do. He has yet to do that.
Shadelyn: The creepiest villain ever made.
Pam Spam: She looks similar to Peggy Cream. She'll more or less make another appearence.
Mr.Rollo: An arcade owner.

The gate puzzle is from an unreleased adventure called "The shock" and I put a bunch of random yellow gates with a bunch of different subcolours randomly and left random spaces. I decided to bring back this concept since I ran out of Ideas (I'm saving one for a later adventure)
