I'm liking this contest so far. I enjoy how you have to stretch your creativity with it!

I don't think there should be things like "make the biggest level you possibly can" in the future. It can be unfair for people who don't have as much free time. Not to mention that most people would rather make a normal adventure. I think there should be more contests like this that make it necessary for you to be resourceful.

BTW, I think you should make a rule against FireFlowers and alternating bridges too. I could make my entry take HOURS if you let me use them...

If anything is just plain mean, then I won't accept it. It has to take a long time but if it's over 5 minutes I think it's unfair.

It's not plain mean. I could make the player wait around for like 20 minutes doing nothing if I wanted them to. It could essentially break the entire contest.

I tried this myself once with a 'best adventure in 10x10 area' and it got one entry, maybe two? So now I'm jealous that even this many people are interested when you do it. *gets evil loophole-ish idea* *will probably be disqualified*

Don't use any hex-edited objects, anything that has a dialogue (NPCs or signs), buttons/gates, monsters with a speed less than +0, fireflowers, fire traps, or alternating bridges.

DOH it was no buttons AND no gates. So much for that...

EDIT: Just to clarify, it was a thing with using signs to open gates.
But I guess I'll just delete it and wait for the next contest.

A little competition.

The aim of this competition is to create an adventure that takes the longest time for me to complete. It has to be in a 6X6 area, but it doesn't need to include any puzzles. Just make it very long! You can't use any hex-edited objects, anything that has a dialogue (NPCs or signs), buttons/gates, monsters with a speed less than +0, fireflowers, fire traps, or alternating bridges. The winner gets to run the competition next week.
