opening wa's newest versions...???

ya know...i'm not so sure that i am really up to date with all this but...actually...i haven't been on line for well over a year...i have down loaded the newest versions but when i open them they DO NOT WORK! what's up with that? very frustrating? actually, my husband is very upset and is asking me all sorts of questions that i have no answers to...what to do?

please HELP!!!!!!!!

WA:From what I know there's no update for WA.
