I highly recommend making and posting a few adventures before even thinking about making a hub.

Go into the hub's folder, then data, graphics. Set the WDF files to be opened by paint. The code for which file is which is b=a, c=b, and so on. You cannot use adventure stars or title screens in individual adventures. If you are going to work on a hub, though, I highly recommend doing it as a side project, not your main. Work on individual adventures at the same time and go slowly on the hub.

I'm pretty sure he meant by making some custom adventures before starting a hub. you must have a great skill in adventure designing before making a hub.
