Secret in 5 coins and 10 gems?

Well, you know that level that patrick made for the WA editor?

I just found a secret in it.
Heres what I did, I went up to the brown cottage, Knocked on the door a random amount of times, then pressed No.
It then said: You hear a tiny voice: Well done! you have completed
Znoo-Znee's Secret lock! And then the house door opened.
Although I didnt find anything in the house.
Any one else got this?

PS: I hope I have not revealed that big secret in WA that nobody talks about.
PPS: Tell me if I have and I'll delete my post.
