I need help! Please?

Can you guys help me? When I was trying to upload a adventure just now, (Relaxing Gem Hunt) I got a message saying the maximum file size for attachments is reached. When the file itself is under 800 KBs. and It won't let me attach it! How do I fix this? Please help!
