Wonderland Adventures: BFW (demo 2) (OVER 20 LVLS!!!!)

Post by 2yu556 » Thu May 07, 2009 5:34 pm

-Overview-
Okay, you can shout with glee! Because I finished the second demo, and my gawd I'm just gonna say, this is turning out to be really epic. The story currently has many important elements, and story twists along the way. But you'll just have to wait and see, PLEASE COMMENT!!! The more comments I get the more inclined I am to work, also, do report glitchs, I don't have time to run through this whole thing.

-Last note-
Just gonna say: Make sure to save often, it's big... VERY big... And there are lots of places to screw up.

-Whats to come-
So far the adventure is getting pretty big, but I have promised myself to keep it all as one big adventure, So far I have completed the wondertown outskirts, but you will be visiting many other places, such as Fire Island and places like The Foggy Mountians Plus many areas never before seen in wonderland, such as Rainbow's end (useing Com Rantes textures), And finally an epic boss battle, but I'm not telling what or WHO it is (hint hint).

Boy, you aren't kidding when you say it's BIG.

I'm still at the beginning where Morklin just talked about getting a rainbow key. Already it feels like an official WA game in terms of size. I'll probably take me over a month or more to get through the whole thing. I figured I'll comment now since if I wait until I finished, it'll be a while...

So far it's pretty good. I can report some glitches but all are minor.

With such a huge area, it might be a good idea to put up some more sign posts to let the player know where they're at and where they're heading. (Think those signs in WA that says such-and-such-place is X Stinkometermiles in such-and-such direction.) It might also not be a bad idea to gate off some of the roads until the player's reached a certain point in the game (eg. limit how far the player can wander away from Wondertown until the player has talked to Morklin, say).

Thanks for the suggestions, I thought about that too, only after I released, I'll fix up all the minor errors and such when I accualy finish the whole thing. An offical WA game? That's very flattering, storywise, I think it could be, puzzle wise... not so much, I'm not too good at createing puzzles, but thanks! Oh and one last thing... Thanks for commenting, just incase anyone here doesn't know this, the comments are what motivates me. Just to let ya'll know.

Note: You cannot finish it because it is impossible to finish! Ps: 2yu556, TEST your levels before you post them.
