New Adventure - Nine Squares

Post by md » Fri Feb 22, 2013 9:19 am

Hi, I made this adventure, it's called "Nine Squares". Its concept is similar to "Five Squared, Squared" in RTW, but for WA. Also, there are only 9 squares instead of 25.

You need to plan out the best route to the star.

If you bothered to copy and paste this signature, or zoom in, to make it possible to read, then I wasted 5-10 seconds of your life.

You forgot to upload the level-texture. :P

Otherwise, it was a great challenge! I got stuck four Brrs short the first time and exactly two brrs two times after, (that COIN!) but I figured out the trick the fourth time I tried.

Thanks, can't believe I forgot about the texture.
Anyway, the texture's uploaded now and ready for download.

Also, there's just one change that I had to make in the adventure to do with the coin, because I found another method (possibly the one you used) to do the level which is very obvious.

Oh, the one going in a spiral and not using the turtle? That's the one I used. :P

EDIT: There's no difference between the two levels. :?

I could play this after I gain back my interest in WA someday. Because I loved trying to solve Five Squared which took an hour

Interesting, so it's possible to complete the level with gold status without using the turtle, hmm... silly me.

Also, the only difference is the regular ice bridge in the 3x3 water is active rather than deactivated which prevents usage of a certain method.

Ok, this is my final change. Next time, I'll take a bit more care and test my adventures more (especially puzzles like this).

Apparently, this still doesn't fix it, it's really hard to fix it, so I'll just forget about it and move on.
