I was randomly searching old off-topic, while i have found user "shadow" saying this:
A hilariously unfair Japanese spin-off of Mario. It's called Syobon Action or Cat Mario.
There are four levels, but just TRY to beat them all. And no, the chicken doesn't count as a proper ending. (you'll understand when you get there)
The more you know about Super Mario Bros 1, the harder you'll suffer, because that knowledge will be used against you.
When you know all the tricks, it isn't actually that hard to beat (apart from doing two key actions at level 1 and 3 that I won't spoil) but remembering them ALL is nigh impossible -- there are oodles of them.
Enjoy! http://www.geocities.jp/z_gundam_tanosi ... action.zip
Just unzip it, rename the executable and run it.
If you beat it (like me) you totally deserve an "I have no life" badge.
Could someone who has it upload it to a site like MF?

You'd better post the link to the original topic: http://pcpuzzle.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=16064

BTW, Shadow is Muzozavr. Did you also try what he said in his next post?

It's because Yahoo! sucks. They took down Geocities, which, despite being a fairly bad hosting service, was popular enough for some very good sites.

You can download the game from here: http://www.acid-play.com/download/syobon-action

Why did they take it down?

^_^, no need to call me "sir" though. But giving a little bit more information, especially when you ask for help or something (in general) would make things easier.

BTW, I could download the file with the other option (second post in the original topic) So apparently Geocities still works, although not by direct link.
