The hosting messed something up, probably. If it allows you to do anything by hand, find the <title></title> tag in the HTML file and replace your title.

Well, you can change the slogan and title, but once you choose one it doesn't change the tab without deleting the whole website. The way it works is complicated, there's not actually any title HTML. I checked.
