Wich version is correct?
Wizard's council or Council of the wizards?

The Harry Potter wikia says it's Wizard's council. I have no idea, having never read the book in English. I have only read it in its Russian translation

I asked my teacher wich version correct and she say that correct is "Wizards' Council" and "The Council of the wizards"
