Not letters. Characters.
I translated it by finding a neighboring letter on the keyboard to make out the words.

on the keyboard use the letters to the left or the right of the letters used in the messages
the other message says `this is spam` (cant do the thing for quotations for windows 7 yet)
way to go muzo

Yep, someone got it.

I wanted to see if anyone would understand the keyboard cipher trick or if everyone would assume I just temporarily went crazy.
The title translates to "April fools" and the message translates to "This is spam." Even the final dot was coded.
