I've got an idea!
Let's make a video playlist on youtube with tutorials for simple 3D models making.
I've already made a video how to make a 3D CD,but isn't enough for a playlist,so who can make some tutorials please help.
Tomorrow I will upload a video that shows how Patrick made the shard model like in Wa,that will be called "How to Make a 3D crystal"(maybe I will change the title)
I'm waiting for requests and if I can make it you'll watch the video next day.

You can download a recording program like HyperCam(1,2 or 3) or Fraps, but fraps can't record ac3d,it just recording the games(better than Hypercam)
The edit your video(In Windows Movie Maker or other video editing programs):
1.Cut and paste
2.Record voice or put text with instructions
3.Polish your video by adding music or anything you like.
4.Watch the video and if is OK go to Step 5,if isn't OK repeat other steps.
5.Save your Movie
6.Go to youtube and upload

Try Growler Guncam. Records smooth as silk even on my not-that-great PC. Its internal video playback is choppy and messed up but luckily that does not happen to the actual AVI file itself. :)

Muz saves the day once again. I'd love to help with the 3D modelling but I would be using Google Sketchup. Would that be okay?

it's not working! the video is active, but my speed is terrible! and always mistaken! :x , the video's size is 2.58 Gb. it's more shocking when you'll see the time.

Some recording programs make a video of 2.5 GB for 2 minutes
I always Import the video into Windows Movie Maker because I can edit the video and I can save it as a better format.
So Sometime I need to transform 2 GB into 1.5 MB

if I converted it into 3GP format, will it work on youtube? :?

Posted: Thu Jun 09, 2011 3:51 pm
by jozsefkoma
Yes,but the quality will be lower.
Import it into Windows Movie Maker(From Program files) and save it as "High Quality(PAL)"
I use it every time.

a terrible quality
how many hours (or maybe days) it'll take a 2.58 GB to get completely uploaded.

From 2 GB to 2 MB tutorial without quality loses:
1.Go to C:\
2.Open Program Files
3.Find Movie Maker Folder and start the application
4.Click on Import video
5.Select you video
6. Wait
7.Drag all clips into your timeline in the correct order
8.(optional)Edit
9.Find the Finish Movie section in the left part of screen
10.Click on "Save to My computer"
11.Select destination and the title
12.Click Next
13.Click on Show more choices...
14.Click on Other Settings
15.Find the "High Quality PAL" option
16.Click Next
17.Wait
18.Go to youtube.
19.Click on upload
20.Upload the file.
21.Give it a title and description
22.Save settings
23.Back to forum
24.Tell me the addres of your video
25.Wait until I'll include it into playlist.
26.Done

For uploading a 2 GB video you need to wait severals hours, but for my method just 20 minutes.

It's a bit more simple for me.

Open WLMM
drag the video in
press the youtube button
log in
titile, description, tags
wait for about 5 minutes
go to youtube and check it over (usually 720p/1080p)
done /)^^'(\
