Rayman Legends
Is anyone else gonna get Rayman Legends? I wish it was a Wii U exclusive though, because it would feel incomplete without Murfy/Murphy, and I don't know how they could include him in the xbox/playstation version. Oh, and it got delayed a second time, being released in September due to it. Why Ubisoft, why?

I know, right? I also have the demo on the Wii U, features 3 levels, one of which is an epic music level like that. "Castle Rock"Technos72 wrote:This makes me want to get the game

Why thank you.
off-topic: For some reason, I was waiting for my forum account to be activated (I made a few smash-ups/mash-ups, a combination of comics, with the newer Earthbound one) I got IP banned. For no reason. Same with roblox >.<
Anyways, I just played the demo again. So much fun! Castle Rock is my favorite level, can't wait for the Livid Dead one, the one in the link to the video

EDIT: I just realized how off-topic we're getting.

Bumping this topic to say that I bought Rayman Legends on steam before New Year's Eve. Because it was half price on a big winter sale. And I have to say. It's one of the best 2.5D platformers I've ever played. It's also the game I played with the best visuals. I wonder how long it took for them to draw all the worlds?
So anyway, gameplay is awesome. The game has over 100 levels put into it. There are all kinds of crazy action events going on. Most of them come from the chase segments where you're going after these evil teensies. Which are the main bad guys. I defeated all the bosses and witnessed the ending in days after buying the game.
Each normal level has its own "invaded" speedrun level were you can dart though the level with enemies from another world in it. My favorite invaded level come from Once upon a Time where there are all kinds of cool things happening on your way to the finish line.
For the music levels, there are six of them and they are amazing. My most favorite one is Dragon Slayer with a rock style song though a lava area with dragons. It's the hardest normal song, but going through all of it is really fun. And in the Living Dead Party world, you can play 8-bit versions of all the music levels but with hard-to-see video effects and no checkpoints. The 8-bit version of the "Grannies World Tour" music level (The last one) feels just like a music video!
And if that's not enough, there are all kinds of playable characters, daily and weekly challenges, and levels from Rayman Origins to try out! For the playable characters, there is Rayman, Globox, Grand Minimus, Barbara, and many alter egos of them. Unlocking Barbara and her alter egos require you to free an amount of teensies followed by playing a level you would see as an online challenge. While for all the other characters, you need lums. I have just a few characters to unlock and they need LOTS of lums to get. The last character needs a million! Lums for unlocking characters can be obtained through levels, challenges, and collected from unlockable creatures daily.
I would rate this game 9/10. The visuals are amazing, there are lots of things to do, there are over 100 levels, music gaming is cool, best 2.5D platformer to date!
