Book Series Thread

Post by loofisawesome » Sat May 02, 2015 10:31 pm

I'm not much of a video game guy, but I LOVE books.

Say what your favourite book series is, what you're reading right now, what your favourite author is, etc.

I'm reading Vesper's Rising right now.

School time in April/May is busy, so not really reading anything, but I love Brandon Sanderson. The Mistborn trilogy is awesome, and what exists of the Stormlight Archives is also really awesome. And the other stuff he wrote is pretty great too.

I also like reading books at certain occasions (holiday). My most favorite author is Tom Becker, his Darkside saga is a blast! and his other two books (Traitors and While the Others Sleep) are simply amazing; I would highly recommend teenagers to read these thrilling masterpieces (I'm not sure if adults will enjoy this type of books, but it depends on that person).

There's an interesting comic book called Amulet: The stonekeeper and it really gets someone hooked to it, I simply can't describe how marvelous the art design and story development is transcended; if you're a comic book fan, you will love Amulet. :D

I have barely read any books in my life, but from what I know, I've been missing out. Any suggestions for something simple?

Has anyone here read The Last Dragon Chronicles series of books by Chris D'Lacey?
