how does something get copyrighted?

how does songs\music\sound\voices\art\assets\movies\other get copyrighted?

They get in contact with whoever is responsible for copyright in their country, I believe pay a small fee, and that's probably it. Note that I'm fairly certain that standard copyright is automatically applied to each released thing and recorded only to make sure there aren't any problems. Then again, I'm not a lawyer and I suck at pretty much everything law or related to social. :P

You're thinking of trademarks.

All works of yours are automatically copyrighted.

how does someone get a company? and how would they prove it that the company was real?

Register the name at your country's government's website and pay a yearly fee.
