Forum notification issue

(Not sure where to put this, so I'm putting it in Off-Topic.)
So, for a while now, I haven't been getting the usual emails about when someone replies in a thread I'm subscribed to. It's fine; I check the forums multiple times a day anyway, but it's still kinda weird. I last recieved an email notification on July 27th. I've checked the settings for my account, and they haven't changed, and I also tried going to the website in Firefox's Private Browsing (incognito) mode and then going to it in a normal mode tab to compare the active users spot and see if I might be logged in somewhere I wasn't aware of, and that proved I wasn't. So... What's going on? Anyone got any ideas of how to fix this? Or is this an issue with the forum itself? And is anyone else having this issue?
