Wonderland Adventures: Operation Mecha Update Thread

Post by LexieTheFox » Fri Apr 15, 2016 1:34 am

Heya, all.

So.. I've started from scratch on Operation Mecha, since.. my hard drive failure destroyed every last trace of it. But.. this is good. I can start over and revise the storyline. Make it better than it was before.

I'll be posting updates in this thread.. just.. on a personal basis. When I have an update I feel is worth sharing.. you'll definitely see it posted here!

Operation Mecha seemed to have favor before.. let's hope I can still deliver something interesting :3

Good luck! :) Don't forget to set up a periodic backup, that way nothing gets lost!

These pictures look very nice!
Good luck with your hub, and make sure to do a back-up every once in a while, better safe than sorry.

Thank you guys!

A few more (loads) of pictures! This time, of the first adventure.. setting a sort of theme for Operation Mecha.

Can you guess what theme that is? :3

Should that be cannon?

Do i see a secret place there where you have to go through invisible walls? Not many people like things like that, so IMHO you should make very few of places like that

Personally, I think as long as you put tunnel walls on both sides of the secret passageway then it's fine.
It's a good way to add optional secrets to adventures.

Hmm, yeah, "optional secrets" such as secret signs or messages or npcs should be fine, but not gems/coins. imho gems/coins should be a challenge to get, and going through a secret passageway not everyone can see is not a challenge

Hm.. I can understand that, totally!

At the very least, I'll try to put more blatant 'hey, you can go this way' things for such routes, if I deem them 'easy' enough but not noticeable enough.

Thanks for the feedback, guys. :3
