It would be funny if there were Cogs disguised as Toons. Of course the Cogs, not understanding Toons except for that they like to have fun, would be wearing rainbow shirts and neon purple shorts, jump to and fro as they skipped, all while grinning quite foolishly.

I recaptured my first Cog building today. It was a Cashbot one-story in Silly Street known as Frank's Pranks, Inc. I had help from one other toon. The inhabitants were a level 6 Bean Counter, a level 4 Penny Pincher, and two level 2 Penny Pinchers. I came out with three Laff points left over.

EDIT: Two more important things: I acquired Bossbot Radar and I became a member five minutes ago.
