I agree TheoX.

I would like to bring something to the party too, but don't know which format is used on this board. I am used to the format that uses: \code{text, filename,etc}.

Could one of the computer people give us a lesson on using the above buttons (Bold, quote, img, etc)? If posting an image or picture is there a size limit? Is there a file prefrence (jpeg, gif, etc)?

The preferred picture file is .jpg cos you can make a small file size with that.

As for the buttons at the top of the message box, if you look below the box at the left there is an underlined link 'BBCode'. It tells you about the buttons in there.

Gosh, I'm overwhelmed!

Thanks to all you Wonderlandful people for, taking the time to post your good wishes, all the cartoons and stars, most of all, just for being my friends.

majic1, I did see millions of stars flying out of the computer.

The party will last for a month, people are coming from all over the world.
We have to give them time to get here.

Ol'gramma, your 'medicine' will be graciously accepted.

The cartoon was fantastic btw.

This will be the best shindig ever.

Thanks again Ol'gramma, majic1, Sharon, Popo, Bina, Gen and not forgetting our younger members, Theo and Kaboom.

I tell you how to send a picture!

You do the same as uploading levels, except that you select a picture instead of a .LEV file.

Make sure you bring plenty of Hooch, ol'gramma drinks so much, we will run out very quickly!

Once you have a pic saved in say, your Documents.
Just upload more or less as you would a level, if you aren't too sure, click Preview.
That way you will see if everything is right.

Davimad, are there instructions anywhere that tell how to upload a level?

I looked under the BBcode and it said that you could only post images that are available on the internet, not on your hard drive. But I see you all posting images directly from a level and also cartoons and pics that must be on your hard drive.

Hi Gen,

If you look at the Classic Edition forum, MS has an announcement there.

Click on that and it gives you the link to all the tutorials for uploading etc.

I usually copy things into My Documents, the files are copied from there.

When it's an actual level, then it's copied from within the RTW directory.

There's lots of people here who are great with these things.

Just post whatever you don't understand, someone's always about to help.
