Picture Me 2005

I have been approached by one of our members requesting a new competition.

Last year we had a great success with this, Popo also did well with the 'Kids' competition a few months ago.

It's coming up to the first anniversary of the original 'Picture Me' and we have so many new members now, wouldn't it be fun for an update?

Anyone interested?

Rather than have you doing a search for the last comp, here's some guidelines.

We all guess what each other looks like, once all the guesses are in our pictures are posted on a secret website. Each photograph will have a number, you have to match the person to the number.

For example: Kaboom writes. "Davimad is small, maybe around 5'2", has short dark hair and green eyes. Pleasantly plump and wears glasses.
I think she can be very bad tempered but is always nice to her friends."

When the pictures are posted, Kaboom may guess. "Davimad is number 5."

This is only for participants, nobody else is allowed to view the website.

When all is done and dusted, a point is given for each correct guess and two points for matching the right picture.

Last year Ol'gramma won the title of 'Mystic Meg'. This year we will think of another appropriate title for the winner.

Clear as mud?

It's all in the name of 'FUN'.

I meant to add one other rule: The photographs cannot be older than two years and they must be genuine. No film starts, cartoons etc.

I still have the picture you sent me with the Picture Me Kids one. Is it ok to use that one? Is it recent?

But my new pic won't half as good as my old one!

Won't older members (who played the first time) have the advantage over newer members?
Will there be some sort of handicap system?
