Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm fingers at temple.

Now that is a GOOD ANSWER, MAJIC.

A howitzer developed by Gustav Krupp (not Krup coffee makers) in Germany for WW1, was named for his wife. What was his wife's name?

Surprised you didn't I?

Congrats, Gramma, on your appointment as Mystic Meg! I'll be needing to get your advice, oh Mystic, but I'll have to put my questions in the form of answers first, so I'll get back to ya.

Wow! 100+ points great MM. Only 45 for me, I chalk it up to not getting to guess on the pictures (any excuse :-) )

Congrats to all.

Congrats Ol'Gramma & to all ranked 1-15
Only 45 for me, I chalk it up to not getting to guess on the pictures (any excuse :) )
37!.... I must have offended more people than I thought with my guesses.
Even with my (8-1 for me) correct pictures gives me 42 points. Did I lose points for the donkey/cow things huh?

So what dubious title is deserving of the bottom score?

Hi Robbie,

No, you didn't lose any points for insults  ...... I deducted 6 points off everyone's score.

YOU CANNOT GET SIX POINTS FOR GUESSING YOUR OWN PICTURE!

Title for last place?

I didn't do as bad as I thought I'd do. This was really hard, but fun. :D

Robbie, you didn't get any description points for me because you didn't guess my pesonality and description.:( You did guess my picture correctly, one of only three (I think) who did. :) I'm sure no one took offense at your good natured teasing. :)

True, majic! I'm afraid I didn't do a very good job of guessing the pictures! I got a lot of people mixed up!   But it was good to be able to match faces with names. I think I'll have to print them out so that I have a more personal experience when I'm answering posts, if that makes sense. My memory isn't what it used to be, so sometimes reminders help. I'm starting to become queen of the lists!

I edited the website & made the pictures smaller, than put names instead of letters under each one - then saved in a format I could use. Printed them out - so now, I can look at the pictures and know what you guys look like when talking to you!!!, AND I don't have to use a million pieces of paper!

Good idea! :D I'll have to do that too. I thought I'd download them them put them in my photo editor and tell it to print them all on one page. I'll see which is easier. I haven't had a lot of time this weekend because of my daughter's birthday on Friday, my mom coming for a visit, and my husband deciding to build a new deck this weekend. This has been the first chance I've had to get on the net this weekend! Hopefully, I can download the pictures in the next couple of days. :)

Oh, yes, I like that idea too! I'll have to download the photos before I leave town.

I'm flying to Orlando with my son on Tuesday (real early), we're spending 5 days with my mom and then we are driving home in a car his grandma is giving him. She has a 1976 Malibu that she has never driven much, so it's practically new. My son loves old Detroit cars just like I do, and has always told her if she ever wanted to get rid of that car he wanted it. So we're making a nice vacation out of going to get the car.

Can't wait to swim in the Gulf of Mexico, where the water is warm! The Pacific is so cold -- yesterday it was 62 degrees and I wore a wetsuit to go swimming.

Late as always!

Congratulations Ol' Gramma!!! Way to go!

No, Robbie, you didn't lose points for the cow thing, in fact I think I gave you an extra half point for that...Mooooooooo!

I'm surprised I got as many points as I did! Yeah me!

I'll have to get a buddy of mine to fix up the pictures for size and such so I can print you all off! Ted think's I'm nuts saving photos of people that I've never physically met, but consider family anyway...no romance in that boy's soul, I tells ya.

Great job everyone! Special Kudos for jperleevt and Davimad for all their hard work!

So, now that that's over...when do we start planning the Wonderland Convention????????

Wonderland Convention???????????????

Where would we have it?

An awful lot of travelling for most of us!

In my book that means FLYING! Oh God! Someone give me some Valium!

My longest journey by plane was nine hours. I thought that would take my fears away..........IT ONLY MADE ME WORSE!

Make it somewhere that I can sail to. I can swim but no matter how hard I flap my arms, I cannot fly!

Poor MAD! I'm not too fond of flying either, not since...you know when.

Well, you could do a poll to see who wants to go where.

My first thought was Toronto - since that's where Patrick is...only fair seeing as he is Midnight Synergy! (And if just happens to be only an 18 hour drive for me, well that's a bonus too! )

Somewhere in the UK would be more convenient for The Scandinavians, the UKer's (obviously) and for Malc & Jan, but those of us on the other side of the "pond" would be outta luck. Then there's Robbie waaaaaaay down under, too.

Just a thought really... :D

It would be kinda fun for a day or too. Maybe plan touristy-group sightseeing things to fill another day or two up to make it worth it for those who have the furthest to go.

Just an idea

If I could overcome my fear of flying, America would be top of the list.

Where??? I don't know......be interesting to hear other folk's views.

It would take a long time planning, maybe I will have grown wings by then!
