Anyone know how to do this get all the bonus coins and still be able to complete the level? The website has no solution for this level and I can't figure it out!

Do you mean WSW level "Locked Out" in cloud area?
If yes, then ask someone else.

I did complete WSW, but mind you, that was a loooooong time ago.

NO. I am talking about the original Wonderland. It is World 2 level 6 I believe.
