2 new levels "Ski Run and When Stinky Met Loof"

Ski Run is a typical lakeowl game. When Stinky Met Loof is based on the movie Dumb and Dumber. So read the signs in this game, its makes up part of the humore of the level.

Finished #42. Stinky and Loof enjoyed their time and only got a bit worried when they heard the chompers. But everything went fine.
