Up in the mountains.

Once you start your ascent up the mountains is there any way to get back so you can go back to the camp to buy things? I didn't see an arrow pointing back where I'd come from so I wondered if you're stuck there till you've done all the levels.

No, there is a way back like always. You just have to find your way back. I got lost in the jungle once.

When you start "The Ascent" it's an actual level with about 3 screens. You can only get back to cap by aborting the advernture. But after you've completed "The Ascent" then you can pass back and forth with no problems - similar to earlier levels where an arrow led to a level rather than a star (33 Gems, Pop Magic, etc)

jdl is right that you can get back, but you'll want to finish "The Ascent" first.

Yep, that's what I thought, so I'm practicing doing that level and saving it in a different slot. Once I've mastered all the bits I'll move on. So I'm passing the time redoing all the levels I missed something on, and wondering what to buy before I set off up the mountains. I don't want to waste my money on something that I'll never use and just have to carry about with me for ever more. (blue flower springs to mind)
