Zip the file. Which you did. GOOD JOB!
Upload said file to a site such as mediafire or dropbox. Chances are you'll need an account. I prefer dropbox.
Get the link to the file. That's either copying the url or hitting a button that gives you the link.
PM the link.

Not sure why I made it a list. Maybe because I rarely use them.
