The Epigam forum administrators and the administrators of the old WDL Skype Chat (before the merge) now run the Discord chatroom together.

CHAT RULES:

1. You MUST:
1/1. Act mature.
1/2. Respect everyone else. (You may act disrespectfully to someone if they don't respect you, but that's not a preferred action and may be looked down upon.)

2. You may:
2/1. Overuse internet memes (ranging from "lol" to "OVER 9000" and beyond)
2/2. Reveal your full name and personal information.
2/3. Talk about your boyfriend/girlfriend, a crush you've got, or anything else related.
2/4. Do pretty much everything else that doesn't oppose the "you may not" rules below.

3. You may NOT:
3/1. Start random, pointless flame wars.
3/2. Be generally ignorant.
3/3. Criticize destructively.
3/4. Spam or repeat a message more than needed. If the message is very long, do not post it more than once, or use a pastebin service such as Gist.
3/5. Swear directly at or otherwise insult other members.
3/6. Be judgmental.
3/7. Publicly talk about banning, kicking, promoting or demoting a member.
3/8 Evade bans. This will earn you a network ban.

Discord Chat (previously Skype)

Started by Blast!10 on June 15th, 2008, this chat contains various Wonderland players from all over the world, ranging from GMT-7 to GMT+12.
On there, we discuss all kinds of things, such as computers, math, languages, music, puzzles, games, hyperspatial geometry and many other things.

The chat currently spans about 100,000 (estimate) pages.

It sounds fun, but unfortunately I don't have my own Skype account. I might get one a while later, so do I have to give you my Skype username by a certain time?

Just letting users know that the chat will be switching over to the new Cloud-based chat format at the end of this month. No action from users will need to be taken. We're just going to move everyone into a new chat and kick users out of the old one.

With the new cloud chats, everything will be synced properly and nobody will miss any messages.

It is recommended that users upgrade to the latest version of Skype (6.22.81.105 as I type this) if you will want to continue to change the conversation picture, or use the new text formatting feature only available in the latest Skype such as bold, italic, s̶t̶r̶i̶k̶e̶-̶t̶h̶r̶o̶u̶g̶h̶, and monospace font.

This is pretty much what monospace font will look like, minus the green color.

Here is a guide to the new formatting:
*Test.* becomes Test.
_Test._ becomes Test.
~Test.~ becomes T̶e̶s̶t̶.̶
This is a {code}test sentence.{code} makes it so that only the words in between the {code}'s (which is "test sentence." in this example) will be monospace.
!! Test. becomes:

Using @@ at the beginning of a message disables all other text formatting. So for example, @@ *Test.* will show up as *Test.* instead of it turning bold.
NOTE:
- If you use strike-through formatting, you cannot combine it with any other formatting. For example, you can do _*Test*_ for bold and italic text, but you cannot do _~Test~_ because strike-through will not combine with anything.
- To use monospace font, !! has to be put at the start of the message, not in the middle (use {code} for that), and it lasts throughout the entire message. You also cannot use any other formatting at all if a message uses !!. For example:
"!! This is a _*test*_ sentence." will look like this:
