If so, what an absolute dream trip. That has always been a lifelong wish of mine & I really do envy you. When do you go & is there extra room in your suitcase

Hey Tasha - you are so funny

We are going on 23rd October for a week with another couple of friends and their children. We are going to a resort by the Red Sea. The reefs there are teeming with sealife and it is supposed to be one of the best areas for snorkelling in the world.

I would have loved to have gone just me and my hubby (minus the

) and had a cruise down the Nile and seen the Pyramids - but we are going to be quite far from that area. We are, however, going on a Bedouin Evening to visit the desert at night and ride on camels. We have to dress in costume and sit with the Bedouins and have a party, smoke from Egyptian pipes, etc..... sounds like a laugh! I have this picture of my husband dressed in robes and headgear looking all handsome and me just like Cleopatra...... "PAH!" just woke up!

Anyway, it should be great - I'll bring you all back some hashishhhhhhhh from the Kazbah

You know what, Lillie, back in the "eighties" I went to Morocco as part of my job at that time. What a 'BLAST"

Had my Hashish then -- almost got lost & kidnapped in the Kazbah when I went wandering alone -- no kidding

Even, believe it or not, rode a camel who constantly kept turning around & spitting at me -- but luved every moment. I'm sure you & your family & friends will have a marvellous time -- can hardly wait to hear YOUR stories.

Yes Lillie take lots of pics. You and the hubby and kids are lucky, I love to snorkel and the night time desert trips man o man, any way have a great trip. Missing you and you haven't even left yet.

Hey, that's great news, Lillie/Cleopatra

The Red Sea is one of the most famous diving resorts, so it sure will be fun to snorkel there too. Are you going to Hurghada or another place?
I've never been there, but I wish I could join you. Must be beautiful

It sounds like a fantastic trip, Lillie! I would love the snorkelling part of the trip. I hope the night trip isn't on Halloween when all the ghosts are out roaming the desert!

Do have a great time, take lots of pictures and tell us all about it!
