A trip to .......

Post by malcdelsol » Mon May 17, 2004 3:54 pm

Hi Wonderlanders,

Jan and I spent all day yesterday painting so today we decided to have
a 'rest-day' - no choice really as we could hardly move when we first got up this morning :( :(

So, after a lazy few hours around the pool - tooooo cold to go in yet - I
couldn't resist having a play around with the level-editor.

This level is small and easy - no tricks or mind-boggling puzzles. Created
really to re-aquaint myself with making a level.

So enjoy your trip to the Circus.

I have a few other ideas for new levels - I promise they WILL NOT be as easy as this one

Oh yes, Popo - The animals took a long time to train - PLEASE do not kill them

  I'll try my best Malc, but I do suffer from trigger finger :P

I can sympathise with your aching muscles, I decorated my kitchen last week and I'm still suffering

WWHHAAAAATT?!?!?! Am I actually supposed to step on that little yellow star and then get all the way thru that yellow gate, halfway across the world, before it closes? You must have put another opener somewhere, right? Tell me you put another opener in there! (Not that I've even managed to make it to that star yet, tee, hee...)

Why do I get nervous when you say a level is easy?

This isn't any such thing!

I think that I've sussed out what to do, but my timing is all wrong.

Those coily's are not playing the game for me at times and I get trapped.

Great to have you back again M, I just love to see you posting a new level.

Ok, I'm a glutton for punishment.

Hi Carolyn,

The clue is in the level description and the request I made to Popo :?:

LOOK AFTER the animals - they ARE your helpers

I have tried to look after the animals Malc, but they always commit suicide and leave me trapped in a cage. I've sussed what all the different switches are for and have tried cajoling the animals with tit-bits, but I think they know I'm scared of them and they won't cooperate.
I think I need a chair and a big whip

BTW I will never believe you again when you say a level is easy

Hi Popo,

This really is an easy level when you control the animals

*** HINT COMING ***

Step on blue square button ensuring all 3 tigers get out of their cage.

Minding electric floor AND the tigers who will go round the ring and back - collect the coins.

When you have all the coins from their cage step on and off the blue round button WHEN the 3rd tiger goes back in thus keeping them safely in the cage and they will then keep the yellow star button ON

Repeat process (a little more tricky) with the elephants.

Keep all the animals alive to get the star buttons to stay on

*** END OF HINT ***

You can do it - you then just need a little bit of luck with the Clowns

Sorry I missed posting on this one, malc. I really enjoyed playing it. :D Like so many of the others, I made the mistake of killing off the animals the first time I played it. After that didn't work, I tried again keeping all of them alive. It took me awhile because a lot of the times the boulder killed all of the elephants! I felt thrilled that I finally made it to the finish. :D A devilishly clever lever, malc. :) Thanks for the fun. :D
