Netherwart can be planted anywhere, as long as it has soulsand to grow on, darkness/light and water don't affect it's growth.

You're a bit late, and it's in the current normal version. It came in at 12w27a, which was before 1.3.2.

Anyways, me and Sammy_P are working on a minecraft project called Death Run. It requires at least 4 players to play, though. I need some testers and the only person that can host hamachi Minecraft servers (SS01) to test the first map. The first map may be done today, but the testers are all signed up, you late punks!

I mean that there is a better way than what you are doing. Water fertilizes farmland 4 blocks within it's range, and if farmland is connected for over a chunk range, it grows faster.

(just some farming techniques I learned from Ethoslab)

I have an efficient melon/pumpkin setup that uses something a bit similar.

Testing was more than a success!

First: Everyone got to test Defender.

Second: I got rid of a bug (or I should say it as I TNT-ed a gameplay part)

Third: This wasn't a success, Nobody couldn't get in, so it was me, Sammy_P, and eee playing. But I used a rock to replace Nobody.

Fourth: I finally figured out how to host hamachi servers. Now SS01 isn't the only cool person that can host them NOW!

I need to poke my brother until he decides to teach me how to make servers.
