Great. Just a few short hours ago, I hunted through the old WAE general discussion, just to look up how to do that.

Thanks for posting it an hour after I figured out how to get it to work properly. [/sarcasm]

You never asked, so don't give me a crappy attitude.

Sorry. It's just that it would have saved me a lot of trouble. I didn't mean to attack you or anything.

Do you think you might be able to help me to understand hex editing and converting WAE files and all that other complicated stuff that has to do with the MOFI editor? 8)

Yeah, I guess I'll make a separate topic for that.

The converting is easy, and you only need to do it if the object says in the editor: "(Conversion)" in its name.
All the converting does is change the model.
Just load the .wlv file in the converter.

Not yet, I've been extremely busy. After school tomorrow, though, I'll be on Christmas vacation. :)

Perhaps some time in the future, but not immediately because I'm going to be away for a few days.

Yes, I did start the game and exit.

You're supposed to use a MOFI demo. I don't see how the GameData folder may not exist.

I'm using the full version. Would it work for that?

I'd recommend you not use the full version since you'll probably end up losing it or something.

The installation is recommended for the MOFI demo.

Rename "localsaveoff" to "localsaveon"

Nothing. Maybe you could PM me the GameData folder in a zip and I could place it?

GameData holds save files. Try saving your game.

Then create the GameData folder yourself if the game won't do it for you.

IT WORKED!

I played up to "Spikeyball Trap Room" and that is where I'm stuck. It's practically impossible to complete it.

Stand on the wooden bridge, shoot floing bubbles onto the buttons, then use the spring as soon as the gates come down.

At the ending room, shoot a floing bubble in front of yourself to shield yourself from the incoming spikeyballs.
