I've been thinking of updating the editor of POTZ and I would really like to see some of the following stuff:
1-Stinker expressions and hats and textures: it would be really cool if this was added, you could see the expressions of the stinker in the editor, so as seeing the hats and the textures of them
2-custom textured object: this feature is also nice if it's added that you could see the custom texture of an object in the editor, for example, I wrote for a chomper custom/chompergreen.bmp and then the chomper appears green in the editor.
3-prepared environment stuff: in the editor, the fountain looks normal, in the player, it starts spraying water, if it had appeared in the editor that it sprays as well as how it does in the WG.exe, that'll be really nice,so as the /splish/spray/steam/void/waterfall/etc.
4-Animated: so that we could see the chompers teeth turning up and down, the spikeyball rolling, and a special button to unanimate the monsters, also the wysps, NPCs and those stuff.

Oh wow. If done epically, especially if the storyline fits, that would be god-tier genius.
(But a bit more save points would be nice -- never got past that long fight with Mecha Birdo in IWBTG)

I Wanna Be The Guy, an incredibly unfair game in which you platform through evil obstacles that you had no idea were evil. So essentially when they say IWBTG mode, the mean a very very evil mode. [/badexplanation]

I Wanna Be The Guy is not nearly as hard as everyone makes it out to be. It's easy with patience. I actually found Super Meat Boy more challenging. Heck, I'm even having more trouble with Distorted Travesty (which may be because I'm playing on the second hardest difficulty, but still).

Make textures have more slots: 81 for level textures, 8 for water textures, and 81 icons.

Yeah, SMB is harder, but I'd say it's more fair than IWBTG. SMB makes it clear what you're getting yourself into at the start of a level, whereas IWBTG is more like "Hey, you're just starting the game? There's an apple tree nearby? WELL THERE GOES YOUR HEAD."

The first game is pretty easy, but the sequel is crazy.

This isn't for WA3 but rather the editor. How about a block mode for objects rather than tiles. That way you don't have to keep clicking when you've got a lot of stuff in your level, you just have to use block so it makes it go by faster. IDK I'm creating a level and I've been clicking for like the past two minutes while with block mode it'll only be a matter of seconds.

why not creating a coding system for creativity and excellent ideas to design, like a new editor for coding, for example, I would like to make an HP system, with new commands and keys
start code
Draw_healthbar (body_PLAYER)
draw_health_sprite (custom/hp10.png)
if PLAYER place_meeting CHOMPER
then{if hp = 10, set hp =9, if hp = 9, set hp = 8, if hp = 8, set hp = 7, and so on...)
if hp = 9
then{sprite_replace_sprite (custom/hp10.png) to (custom/hp9.png)
...
and so on
Crazy idea, right?
