I'm still not entirely clear about posting the descriptions. Do we PM them to Maureen or do we just stick them here on the forum?

And Shorty - most of us (except the oldies) don't know eachother. We're all guessing, and that's the fun of it.

I have almost finished my descriptions - it's been quite hard work actually

I think it would be a good idea if we included a description of ourselves too - that way people could see just how right they were. You can't tell that much about a person just from a photo.

What does everyone think?

You do that after Lillian. When everyone has done their describing and guessing the pics. Then you say who got what right and wrong, and you can describe yourself.

I think the descriptions are to be posted on the forum. That's what happened last year. Then you can see how people see you as the contest goes along, but you can't tell them if they're right or wrong until the end. If I remember, Maureen got me spot on last year (there's a hint for you).

The picture guesses will be sent to me like in the kids one we did. Then I can sort out the scores for them. They will be added to the scores for descriptions, and whoever has the highest wins and gets the title 'Wonderland Oracle' or whatever (it was 'Mystic Meg' last year).

I am presuming we will be following the same format this time, but I may be wrong. Maureen will know for sure.

Sorry for being so late getting back to you folks, bit of a crisis here.

I haven't checked my PM's yet but I expect to find Mette's descriptions.
I'll post them here for her.

Pauline is right, we are using the same format as before, descriptions are posted here NOT via PM. Photographs are sent to Pauline.

You have until Friday the 18th to get the first part completed.

It's not unfair on anyone, we did it this way last year and nobody minded.

Don't forget, it's a bit of fun.

I wouldn't change my descriptions after reading Mette's, would anyone else? Everyone is just giving their own opinion, how they see folk.

I'd favour seeing them all at once to be honest (as discussed) but I've always got the option of avoiding this thread til Friday if I want to.
