I have officially finished what could be considered "Part 1" of my scary adventure. It includes the following areas:
The Upstairs Corridors
The Front Hall
The Archives
The Wine Cellar
The Laboratory
The Refinery
The Cellar Tunnels
I have just started work on part 2, which begins with The Back Hall. The full adventure will probably have 4 parts, but the last part will be EXTREMELY difficult to make and could be considered as 2 parts in one.

^ I can't wait.
Since I've been kinda bored of WA. I've decided to start on my next series. Which will be "funny" I guess. I've made my own hub for it even though it's completely separate from my actual storyline

. And I'm only using these when I'm REALLY lazy.

Also I'm going to be redoing Yume Nikki except more closer to the original gam rather than my sucky version of it. And, of course, some parts will be cut to be more fitting for WA.

I, meanwhile, am being a VERY lazy tester for TTNW5. I'll change the estimated release date to Easter. As for A Day At The Zoo, no release date yet as I have barely 15% progress.

To get you trapped inside a fire trap. Oh, that moment you wait for the fire to blow, your heart pounds and is anxious

Not at all, assuming I understand you. Progress is good, but surprising given that there hasn't been an adventure released in many months. Hence the "huh," which was supposed to indicate surprise.
...but uh, never mind.

I noticed when experimenting with your dark bookshelves that they still glow somewhat in complete darkness (0 for all filters.) Could you make an even darker version?

I don't think so. Any darker and the bookshelf would start disappearing (the game interprets "black" as "nothing"). In a way, it can make some pretty freaky thwarts (with half-destroyed bodies), but it does mean that making dark textures is very awkward. I think I've gone as far as I can go, with bookshelves.

OMG I'M SO EXCITED!
And, again, I'm really lazy and want to make gams.

Today, I gave a few finishing touches to the Study and the Guest Room of my scary adventure. The Guest Room was especially tricky, because it involves the first dangerous monster encounter of the adventure.
I designed it so that after you reach a certain area, a thwart with a scary texture I made would run in. The thwart would shoot a single fireball, then run off again. It's designed to be easy enough to dodge if you stay in the "safe" area (that triggers the monster entering), but if you leave the safespot too quickly only the players with the fastest reactions will be able to survive.
Here's a picture of the encounter. Enjoy!

here's another picture of a place, it's slightly decorated, but quite an ugly design. I'll get my hands on it soon, the level is complete, what remains is the dialogues, logic, and decorating.
I should start looking for a beta tester, although it's not worth it, but yeah.
