Where did you find that sad smiley you inserted into the quote of my post?! It's hilarious!!!

As for Undecimber, great song. 8) Though I wish they'd either turn down the guitars (slightly) or turn up the voice (slightly). Still epic.

Sadness...

I like most genres of music, but love all forms of electronic music. This includes techno, drum n bass, dubstep, etc. :D It's good stuff, really.

I played "Donna Anna". It was truly bleak and sad, ...
still, it was beautiful.

But, I like sad downtempo occasionally. :(

I used demo version. I made a bunch of unsaved sections and used Audacity to record and save them. At the end I joined all the parts together.

And seriously, when this song comes on the radio I bang my head and work to the rhythm on whatever project I'm doing

If the game is anywhere near as dark and mysterious as its menu theme, I want to play it...

I like Burton's movie WAY more than the old 1971 one.

Sonic 3 and Knuckles Master Edition Angel Island 2:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=er4iuhWDpl0

I don't like the other Master Edition songs as much (they are a bit too unmusical for my taste, though they fit the game) but this is simply epic. It stays musical, toys with a recognizable melody and messes things up in the most menacing way imaginable. Which is PERFECT for a super difficult ROM hack.

I had never known before that acapella covers of video game music could be so good... until I found Smooth McGroove. And yes, the "drums" are also vocalised, he's THAT good, not just as a singer but as a beatboxer as well.

Final Fantasy 6 "Decisive Battle": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Wu9DnbzB8g
Super Metroid Prologue theme: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bSQ5f4L5n04
Phoenix Wright - Cornered: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ALhAXtFR1LM
Mega Man 2 - Dr. Wily: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iW_Ct49H1ng
U.N. Owen was her? (Flandre's Theme): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XUed7HZtTNA
Golden Sun - Isaac Battle Theme: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3q0pgm3LUcc

There are more, but these are some of my favorites right now. It's all his voice, and it's AWESOME.

EDIT: VirtLands has fixed the post, so my reply no longer applies. I'm saving it here for others to know why this can happen.
If you are wondering why the last post by VirtLands is empty, hit "Quote" to read it.

To VirtLands: I don't know if any other browsers are doing this, but my version of Chrome is showing me emptiness instead of your post. This is because you have nested the COLOR and URL tags improperly. I honestly have no idea why it affects the entire post, though. It really shouldn't. It's probably because of quoting.

Sonic the Hedgehog 3/Sonic 3 & Knuckles - Marble Garden Zone

I was playing Sonic 3 earlier and now this song is stuck in my head forever. If I have to give Sega credit on one thing, their music is great.

(saying that, considering how sonic colours turned out, i can give them credit on plenty more)

Well, not all of their music was great.
The weird mini-boss music from sonic 3 was just
a tiny bit unfitting.

Pffffffft. Lightweights.

(by the way, I'm still mad that the third arc was never finished, would be nice if Jadusable eventually released it, but there's pretty much zero hope of that happening now)

I hope I'm not the only one that absolutely loves C418's music.
The piano is just... amazing. Makes me want to learn to play that or the keyboard.

Oh, I like C418!
Yeap, isn't that the guy who made the music for minecraft? I love that :3
Err... well, I might as well post my musical preference.
Preference: I have no clue, I like a lot of differant kinds, and even then it usually depends on the song itself.
Shy away from: Well, I even in here, certain songs might be an acception, I don't know. Usually my apreference is under pop, rap, heavy metal, getto stuff, the jazz that sounds a bit dizzy, any rock in the form of actually feeling like your being crushed by a rolling rock, and, by my presumption, dubstep-of course, I have not listened to enough of this to confirm it.
... seriously, though, this is the shorter of the two lists of preferance vs. shies.
