I already tried Google Images, but it turns out I misspelled the word "pirate" by accident. Indeed, it's an easy picture to find.

Anyway, yes, back on topic. Have to say I really like the epic music in the second half of the trailer.

I think it would be more economically effective if there was a demo for WA3 at some point. For pretty much all series there are newcomers who take a look at the sequels before the prequels. Thus, with a demo, a newcomer to the series is more likely to know what cool stuff to expect, and thus more likely to buy WA3. It does have more features than its predecessors anyway.

Not only is that impossible, it would be illegal even if you could, because that would be piracy. It's a very, VERY bad idea to mention your intentions to pirate a game on the game creator's own forum...

MS don't have timed demos... I think? Unless you mean timed demos from different websites (like Big Fish Games or the now non-existent Reflexive Arcade) in which case, you'd have to wait a looooong time for such a new game to appear there.

It is quite sad and upsetting to read about piracy in this thread. It is a very sad reality that even some people who love the games can actually not be bothered to support the developers and instead resort to illegally pirating the game.

Too bad this is planned to be the last part of the trilogy. I'd love to see next parts, but I understand the issue - the current engine is old and you want to start with fresh (or reuse the old ) ideas.

I'd ask Patrick if I can remake WA, but I have too little programming knowledge to do that myself

請考慮非中文玩家的感受 (Please consider the feelings of non-Chinese speaking players)

Correct translation: How is this possible? WA's free version is not like demos from other companies where you are allowed to play 60 minutes to the full game. Instead, you are allowed to play a part of it, and not further. I suggest buying the game like the others.

Maybe in the future, we'll see.

A project of mine just closed down, so now I have free time to make other things. One of the things I might make is a WA/RTW engine in Python with Panda3D (called WonderEngine - I am so original). I chose Python and P3D because it is open-source, meaning other players are allowed to make their own modifications to the game engine without having to pay for the rendering engine itself.

If this happens, I will probably release a separate title called The Warp Mystery I have been meaning to finish since 2009. We'll see.
