I have it named MissileFlower and it is a 24-bit bitmap.
I am almost sure the program says it is looking for MissileFlower.bmp.

You should visit that area last so it doesn't stop you from getting the other items.

MY (ALTERNATE) SOLUTION: Save the presents without despensing them and then get the coins. Once you dispense the presents you'll have space where they were.
