I'm sorry, but...
- * I think I'm still going with Deeman's Purple.
* I already had a logo-thing planned.
* I currently don't feel like using GM.

I'm considering trying to make another game and shoving aside Purple, The Perfect Game, the Robot game, and Shopping-The Game for a while.
Before I even joined (I think) there was a big adventure by a member named pallalouie or something about going through all your dreams in reverse order. I came up with an idea based off that, in which Peegue must go through a small percentage of his dreams in randomized order.
Do you like it?

Yeah, um...
MyNameIsKooky said he wasn't going to make fan's ideas, so, naturally, I've taken up more stuffs.
Fanmade Toaster 3: The Lost World
PLOT:
One day, a mysterious Portal appears and pulls some Green Apples inside. Naturally, the Apple goes in to save them and comes out at a strange place. [CUE LEVEL 1] Once the Apple gets back, he discovers a huge ambush by the Toaster Army primarily consisting of Hot Toasters. Luckily, they all get sucked into the Portal. However, the Apple now knows that the Evil Toaster is back.
Later...
The Evil Toaster finds the Portal and decides to go inside. [CUE LEVEL 2] A few moments later, the Apple enters the Portal again to make sure there's nothing evil on the other side. As soon as the Apple arrives, the portal closes and the Apple is trapped. (As is the Evil Toaster).
The game will switch between the Evil Toaster and the Apple, freeing Hot Toasters and Green Apples (the Apple would find out more got pulled into the Portal than he saw) respectively. At one point in the game, they meet and must cooperate even though they're enemies. More stuff also probably happens.
Also, I don't take credit for this plot, it's the property of LittleZbot.
I'll probably begin work on this project soon. Unless I get another idea again and/or get lazy again.

I'm going to try to work on this, but please accept that I'm the worst GM guy ever. So. how do you make variables?

There is some variable stuff under the "control" tab.
Put the gray VAR icon thing into a create event. You can name the variable anything you want. You must first set the variable to 0, otherwise the game might crash.

It worked, but my engine failed.
- Both arrow keys move the apple in the same direction.
The Apple's jump is way too low.
The Apple can jump in midair if it touches a wall.

BUUMP.
I now have the basic plot/world names/boss character concepts down, but I've been too lazy to try and rewrite the engine. I WANNA FINISH A DEMO 1 OF A PLATFORMER INSTEAD OF BEING A GAME MAKER FAILURE.

MP3s are smaller and less space-consuming than WAVs. I learned that after Wefight - The Game, but it helps quite a bit.

Depending on how ambitious you are, starting a new game can be kind of intimidating. However, once you gain some momentum, you should be having more fun making the game, thus that means less laziness.

Unless you're me. I only realy enjoy starting the game, not making the levels, so that's probaly why my projects rarely get to far.

I personally dislike having to program new abilities and stuff. Basically, for me, the easy or leisureful (ISTHATAWORD) stuff is fun.

I know. But strangely, Game Maker won't load certain MP3s I put in.
So I use WAVs.
However, I could turn them into MP3s instead since it probably won't happen to Nobody. What types of music do you want, Nobody?

This sometimes happens to me. What I do is to open it up with Audacity and convert it again as an MP3. It should work then.

My current engine jumping stats...
Normal jump height: A little over three blocks.
Second jump height: A Second Jump is a move not intended to be in the game. However, for some reason, If you jump and then jump again when you hit the ground, you go over six blocks instead of three.
Double Jump Availibility: Only if a ceiling is close enough to you that you collide with it before you reach full jump height. However, you can infinite double jump. This is also unintentional.
I'm so good at programming.

The entire plot I wrote:FT3 (first part by LittleZbot): I'm not going to write it all over again, but at the start the Evil Toaster and Apple get trapped in a strange world via vortex. Later, they start cooperating even though they are enemies. Here comes the part I wrote: A while after they find eachother and become a team, they enter a city and are told the villain who trapped them there is probably in the volcano. So they leave town to go there. When they arrive, the villain sends them messages that he is summoned in darkness wears a crown of fired, and that at his core he is wicked. Naturally, he turns out to be the Evil Candle. Once the Evil Candle is defeated, an evil scientist named Dr. Freddo reveals that they are the first to 'pass the test', and he must study them to find out why. He wants to study their insides, so he makes arrangements for the Apple to be sliced and the Toaster to be disassembled. Finally, Dr. Freddo is defeated and the pair uses the vortex machine to get back to the Apple World. The Evil Toaster, having gained respect for the Apple, promises not to attack the apples with his army again. How nice!
FT3.5:
Much later, the Toaster Army launches an attack against some peaceful strawberries. The strawberries hear of the Apple's success against previous Toaster attacks, and send for the Apple. However, they get Green Apple 97instead. 97 makes for a bad hero, so one brave strawberry steps up as hero instead. 97 comes along as a sidekick, wondering why, after not attacking for so long, the Toaster Army attacked some random strawberries instead of the apples. Later, the pair meets the Evil Toaster himself, who says that he's not behind the attack but will help to stop it as long as his toasters are only attacked when there's no other option. They agree, and the trio continue on until they find that the Toaster Army has been taken over by a random clown who had a prejudice against strawberries. After being fought but not killed, the clown unleashes his ultimate weapon which he claims has enough power to destroy all strawberries at the same time. THE END. No, seriously, that's how the game ends.
FT3.5P2:
The ultimate weapon is indeed very powerful, and creates a hole in existence itself which sucks everyone into Nowhere, where the trio meet the Nowhere Bubble, a strange inhabitant of Nowhere and the fourth playable character (97 plays the same as the Apple). The game takes place entirely in Nowhere until a Worminator is found. the three more important destinations are a strange metal area which the Evil Toaster never enters, which turns out to be the inside of the Evil Toaster himself (The Worminator makes people tiny for this destination), a scary island which turns out to be Doom's vacation resort, and Roaster's lair (where he is leading the army after the previous two leaders disappeared). Doom is at his resort, and when found there joins the team, despite being upset to find that the Evil Toaster turned good while he was on a long vacation. Doom proves quite useful, because his ability to manipulate darkness allows him to manipulate Nowhere itself, and his teleportation is helpful as well. However, when the gang accidentally damages one of the Toaster's chips and sends it flying out of him, Doom secretly trains it in evil so the war won't end. Finally, the gang defeats the clown and escapes into the Apple World through Roaster's lair, except for the Nowhere Bubble who wants to stay in Nowhere. Doom also goes back to Nowhere briefly to bring the Toaster Chip into the Apple World. Of the five escapees, only the Toaster Chip makes it near the Apple.

Awesome!
I lol'd at the part of
Doom being on vacation in Nowhere.
. Actually, I need all my fan charecters to leave so they won't mess up the ET4 and ET5 plots(Kooky said it would be a good idea) so would you mind if
Doom went back to Nowhere to build a house there, as he got bored of just living in hell(he originaly only took daily walks through hell, but if you say yes I'll change that)
? It's kinda your idea, so I'd need your permision.

So, I admit I've kinda given up on even attempting to make engines. Those airplanes need engines, so that ends my dream of flying! *poked to death by a green squid*
Seriously though, every time I try to make an engine it fails, and I eventually stopped trying. I'm considering just spilling some of my failed concepts. I already have spoilerized FT3 Trilogy stuff, so...
