It's command-based only. Give it an ID and then use a General Command button or a command in a dialog of any kind to activate it using CMD 1, ID= (SpellShooter's ID). The X and Y coordinates are where the spell will try to land. Keep in mind the spell can only be one magic type unless you CMD 4 it, and Flash isn't supposed to work.

I've made a few (mostly in unreleased adventures), and I've found that the key to making a good one in the editor is to be creative. My giant spikeyball fight in Mr. Kthxbai's quest, for example, had you manipulating scritters to force a spikeyball to push certain buttons and not others. While not very good, it was likely the most enjoyable part of the adventure. In another boss fight I surrounded the villain with fireflowers, set their timing so that they would have certain patterns, but were still difficult to avoid, and added Pow Once-chargers blocked off by gates that you would have to find timers to. Basically, you had to constantly dodge enemy fire and reach three different places before you could finally strike back.
So, maybe you could make a thwart for a boss battle, and the only way to destroy him is to manipulate him into going within line of a burstflower. Or you could make one involving using Flash in conjunction with well-placed Ice Walls. Or you could have it be a stinker with lots of spell-shooters, and though you have access to ways to kill him, doing so would kill you as well, so most of the fight is focused on a way to either remove his firepower or to deactivate him or to teleport him.

You need to lower the WHeight of the tiles. That should do the trick.

Work on this hub should be resuming tomorrow, and I'd like to post some Progress here.

I'd say we've barely scratched the surface of it. But I hope you've all enjoyed it so far!
Areas:
Alright, I will try to list areas. (And by that, I mean give them names.) All that are listed have been in past demos or will be in the upcoming demo.
Korder Temple: 100% Complete!
Wasted Village (The Friend Glyph takes you to it.): 100% Complete!
XVolcano:100% Complete! (This includes the temple inside it.)
Water Wizard Island:We're finished!
Colorful Cliffs:I would say we're about a fourth of the way done.
Deep Sea:I haven't started it yet.
Pitch-Black Abyss I haven't started this either.
IcyarFreeze (This is a different dimension): I'm 2% done with it, but I haven't made it an adventure yet. I'm doing the others first before IcyarFreeze.
And so, overall, I would say we're at...
35% Done! (Maybe, I don't know, somewhere around 30-40% done.)
