Popo..it may be in the dictionary but it is used primarily in Europe, not in North America, and Armando is in Canada.

We 'figure' things out. No one that I know ever uses 'Mate' either. It's Bud, Buddy, Babe. Hon.

It's not a matter of being picky...it is what your ear is tuned to.

This issue came up once (at least) in the past.

I reside in North America, and until I started reading this forum I had never heard the term "suss". I think I mentioned something about it in a post some time back, and it was explained to me/us at the time.

That all fine and good OG but we 'Europeans' haven't got 'picky' over you saying what you say, why should he get picky over that?

While doing so I read a few of the other remarks and I do like the idea of a specific dictionary which might include words such as "Cleaky" as it conveys the intended meaning. However, a word (?) such as "suss" and its other derivatives grate on my well being. I hope that I am not being too picky.

This forum has members from all over the world, we all accept the different derivatives, you are the only one I've ever heard complain.
