Are you sure she's not doing it for comic effect by simply taking the previous answers? :P
Rest in peace, Kym. I hardly knew ya.
Rest in peace, Marinus. A bright star, you were ahead of me on my own tracks of thought. I miss you.

I need to pay attention at the bottom as to where I am in pages. UGH sorry gang

He wasn't killed by the breakfast itself. But if he didn't have it then he wouldn't have died.

1. Does it matter the way he ate or such
2. If he had a different kind of breakfast/food should he be killed as well?
3. Does it matter at what place or with what circumstances he had his breakfast?
4. Did he finish his breakfast?
5. How long after the certain happening did he die? (If you want Y/N: less then 10 seconds, 10 s- 1 min., 1-5 min., etc etc etc.)

Anyway...

1. Was it because of another person; he died from eating the breakfast?
2. Will we laugh at the answer?
3. Will we do this  when we read the answer?

Just in case he was there
at the same place,
at the same time,
for the same time,
with the same circumstances.
He had the same breakfast standing there.
Everything was exactly the same except for, he didn't eat or drink.
He pretended to eat and drink,
making the same movements,
but he didn't put anything in his mouth.

1 Should that have made any difference?
2 It was on purpose I put small parts on seperate lines. Is any of those lines more important to the solution then the others? In case there is one or there are more: which one(s)?

1.Was he in a place that someone needed an air tank or a type of gear?
2.If so,did his gear fall off,and he couldn't get it back?
3.Was he in a space ship, and it exploded?
4.Would almost everybody die there without an air tank or gear?
5.Is the place fiction or real?

Did he eat a  VERY HEAVY  brekfast, in space, in a place where you need *minimal* weight, otherwise the tidal forces rip you apart?
