You were complaining about posting too fast, and now you were coming that soon with the peppermint... eh I mean pepper hint.

My idea was thinking about good questions 15 - 30 minutes, and such good riddle may take a few days.

Anyhow:
1 The place and circumstances did matter, but the time and the other things didn't?
2 If there was no breakfast at all and no pepper. He only sneezed at that place with those circumstances, would have happened the same?
